Overview

Toolboxes are used by humans for repairing buildings and installations.

Basic Citizens

Regular citizens with the Basic Repairs skill can use a toolbox to repair buildings a maximum of 4 levels. Only engineers can fully repair a building. Non-engineers require a toolbox to make any repairs, whereas an Engineer does not. Engineers equipped with a toolbox will repair certain objects more effectively. These objects include fuse boxes, generators, and other installed equipment. Toolboxes are required for all but the most skilled engineers.
